Check Out and Renewals

Check out - The check-out period is two weeks for all students.

Returns - Students may return and exchange materials whenever the media center is open. We recommend that materials be returned to the Media Center Book Return.

Renewals - If there are no holds on the title, students may renew materials at any time.

Overdue Books and Lost Materials

We strive to make sure that all students have access to excellent materials. We teach students how to take take care of their books and other media materials. Students understand that they are responsible for all materials checked out under their name.

Overdue notices are provided to all students on a quarterly basis. Included on the overdue notice is the cost of replacement if the material is lost.

If you have questions about overdues, please call Christine Brumbaugh or Emilie Domaille in the Longfellow Media Center at 328-3590 during school hours or email us at chbrumbaugh@rochester.k12.mn.us or emdomaille@rochester.k12.mn.us
